Our office provides legal support under multiple topics in the field of informatics, which has an important role today. Including but not limited to; regarding internet content, location and access providers, prevention of trademark violations made through the internet, unlawful violation, corruption, blocking of the information system, copying, destruction of data in the information system and ensuring all kinds of legal fight against cybercrimes, including obscenity, which have been newly added to our law, resolving unfair competition disputes regarding e-commerce and domain names, providing legal support in cases of insults and violations of personality rights that occur via the Internet, and in this context, following the process of blocking access, credit card theft and unauthorized use of credit card. Our office provides services in the fields of disputes and litigation related to these issues.
